The Ocean Spa is managed by well-known spa director and therapist Alex Rietmeyer. Alex is an award-winning spa practitioner having won a Tropical North Queensland Tourism Award in 2006 for the Daintree Natural Therapies & Spa at Cape Tribulation.

Alex chose the Australian range of Organic Spa products to headline a menu which features facials, massage treatments, clay wraps, and a deep spa bath for clay and mineral baths.
