Arrival Time
we encourage you to arrive 10 mins before your scheduled treatment.

Late Arrivals
arriving late will limit the time allocated for your treatment. We strongly encourage early arrival.

Cancellation Policy
we require six hours advanced notice of cancellation or reschedule to avoid a full fee charge.
